A personal service from Bath Building Society

At a time when many services are being removed from communities, Bath Building Society is sending out a clear message that they are committed to providing a high quality service to their customers through their network of branches and agencies.

The Society has always made an effort to maintain personal contact with their members throughout Bath and the South West. Through various branches and agencies the Society welcomes hundreds of members each week seeking financial services.

It is not always easy to deal directly with people face to face, which is why Bath Building Society pride themselves on putting the personal touch back into financial services, and the opening of their new agency is just part of their ongoing commitment to their customers and members throughout the region.

The Bath Building Society branch in Combe Down has had a recent facelift, creating a fresh modern look for the agency which serves many members of the local community.

Branch and agencies manager for Bath Building Society, Jonathan Cook commented, "We take pride in listening to what our customers want and in meeting their needs. As a result we endeavor to provide a personal service through our branches and agency offices."

Meanwhile the Society are hoping to find a partner to allow them to continue to provide an agency service for their members in the Larkhall area. The Society has provided a counter service in Larkhall for many years, and are now looking for a local business to work with to allow them to continue offering their range of services and products to customers in the local area.

Jonathan Cook added, "As part of our ongoing commitment to our customers, we are actively looking for another reputable local business to share office space with in Larkhall.
The Society has forged strong relationships working with businesses across the South West to provide a counter service for our members, and we are keen to hear from any businesses interested in working with us to bring mutual benefits for both businesses and their customers."
