More industry recognition for Bath Building Society
Another Bath Building Society product has been recognized by a leading independent personal finance website as one of the best products so far in 2008.
The Introducer Bond 2 hit third spot in the Moneyfacts.co.uk Business Investment Accounts table in February 2008, re-affirming Bath Building Society’s commitment to providing consistent rates on a range of products, and contending with larger organizations within the industry.
Last autumn the Society’s Direct Saver account was also recognized by Moneyfacts.co.uk, for its consistency over a period of 18 months.
In response to requests from consumers and the media for details of the ‘Best Buys’ for investment accounts on the market, Moneyfacts.co.uk has conducted and published research which rates Bath Building Society’s Introducer Bond 2 account third place in the Business Investment Accounts table in February 2008. |

The best buy charts compare products that compete on a like for like basis. Listening to feedback from customers and the media who wanted details of providers that provide consistently high rates on their savings products, Moneyfacts.co.uk findings are available on the website.
Noel Broomfield, Investment & Development Manager for Bath Building Society commented: “The Introducer Bond was launched three years ago exclusively for clients of professional firms that the Society deals with. We are now receiving more and more calls from people who have seen details of our account on the Moneyfacts.co.uk website or magazine, and these people deal directly with me, or my colleague, Mark Wiltshaw.”
“Our role is to develop the retail side of the Society’s investment business directly or through the professional market, and this part of the business has grown three-fold in the last three years, mainly due to our personal approach, and the quality of our products.”
