Terry Gillman scoops hamper prize!
Terry Gillman from Upton Scudamore near Warminster is looking forward to tucking into a hamper full of tasty treats this Christmas, thanks to Bath Building Society.

Terry won the hamper in the Society’s free prize draw which was held to celebrate the opening of their new branch on Wood Street last month. Customers opening a new account were entered into the free prize draw, and Terry’s name was the one pulled out of the hat by a member of the public along Chief Executive of Bath Building Society Dick Jenkins.

The hamper contains a plethora of goods guaranteed to bring a little extra festive cheer to any home, and Terry was delighted to be the lucky winner.

“It was a lovely surprise,” he said, “I hardly ever win anything, so to receive the hamper just before Christmas was fantastic. I would like to say thank you to Bath Building Society for a great early Christmas present!”

The new branch of Bath Building Society was opened on 5th November by the Chair of Bath and North East Somerset Council, Ian Dewey. Since opening it has enjoyed considerable success with new customers opening accounts over the past month.

The Wood Street branch of Bath Building Society provides all of the services you would expect, and more. In addition to its own range of mortgage and savings products, the Society is also delighted to announce that it will be offering independent financial advice from its new branch through a new subsidiary company, Bath & City Financial, in the New Year.
