Savings Operations Manager (full time, permanent contract)
An opportunity to join Bath Building Society and head up our Customer Service department.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Savings, the Savings Operations Manager is responsible for developing and managing the Society’s customer service team, including service delivery, growth of the personal savings book and effective management of operational risks and costs. The Savings Operations Manager will manage a programme of projects impacting the savings product development life-cycle from inception and testing through to closure. The role also involves managing and growing the Society's capability for savings type products being delivered through increasingly digital channels including our online banking portal, Bath Online. Relationship management of agreed key business introducers is also a key part of this role.
