Quality Control Officer
As Quality Control Officer, Olivia is responsible for coordinating and providing assurance to the Savings Operations control environment across the Savings Customer Service department and Branches. Olivia’s role also supports the continued development of the Society’s Savings products, systems and processes.
Olivia is Canadian and joined the Society after moving to the UK to study. She recently graduated from the University of the West of England with a Masters in Forensic Science.
