Shared ownership mortgages

Our Shared Ownership mortgages are designed to help the applicant buy an initial share of between 30-75% of a home and pay an affordable rent on the remaining share, through shared ownership with a Housing Association. They will have the option to buy a larger share at a later date.

Fixed rate mortgages

The mortgages listed below move on to our Standard Variable Rate, currently 4.9% (variable), after the initial rate period.
