Tom worked in the Society’s Branch customer service team before switching to Mortgages where he supports our direct and Intermediary customers as a first point of contact for all product queries. Away from the office he enjoys playing tennis and badminton. Alongside Ash and Ian, Tom is also a massive Liverpool fan, which makes for plenty of football chat in the office.
