Ben first got a taste for mortgage sales when he spent a couple days on work experience with the Society and joined the mortgage team straight from college obtaining his CeMap qualification shortly after this. Since then he has gained experience in all areas of the mortgage team including ops, direct mortgage sales and is now an Intermediary Business Development Manager.
