Excellent customer service is our priority. Occasionally however, things can go wrong. If you are disappointed with any aspect of our service please get in touch so we can put things right for you. We have an internal complaints procedure which details how we deal with complaints.
Should we be unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may be able to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. The Financial Ombudsman was set up by Parliament to resolve individual complaints between consumers and financial service businesses. It is free to consumers.
