Introduce a Buy For Uni mortgage to us and earn a 0.2% proc fee

Why rent when you can get a foot on the property ladder with little or no deposit? Our Buy For Uni student mortgage takes the ‘dent’ out of student. 

We currently manage all our Buy For Uni products directly, but as an Intermediary you can earn a proc fee of 0.2% on completion of the loan, when referring a customer who is interested in a student mortgage.

Key features: 
– Available at 80% or 100% LTV (subject to criteria).
– Parents can contribute to affordability via Joint Borrower Sole Proprietor.
– Income from two additional students within the property is used to support the loan.
– Interest only available via sale of the property.
