You may be able to find the answer to your question on our FAQs page. If you are an existing customer and have registered with our Bath Online service, you can manage your account and send secure messages to the team from there.
Our personal savings team are always available to answer any questions you have about our savings accounts during office hours, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Please note that 12-2pm is our busiest period, so please be patient if you need to call during that time. You can also pop in to one of our Branches.
