We have loyalty rates exclusively available for existing customers when switching rates. If your client’s current mortgage deal is coming to an end, they may be able to switch to one of our exclusive transfer products for loyal customers. We will contact them six months before the existing mortgage is due to expire, confirming available options. It’s a simple process with no long application forms to complete.
