Charity Awards
Beautiful Georgian Bath has been home to the Society since 1904. With a team of over 70 employees living in the region, we have many personal connections in the City and appreciate first hand the great work of the amazing charities supporting our local community.
We are proud to support these local charities and voluntary organisations and our annual Charity Awards programme is a big part of our commitment to the local community. Over the past 18 years we’ve donated over £110,000 to small local charities and community groups including Bath City Farm, Voices, BANES 3SG, Bath Gateway Out & About, Moorland Road Community Library, The Willow Tree Centre, Voices for Life and Bath Hospital Radio.
In the past year we’ve supported some amazing projects in our local community through the work of these charities:
Bath Food Bank; Stand Against Violence; Bath Mencap; Bath Area Play Project; Bath Shed; MoreTrees BANES; Share & Repair Workshop and Threeways School.
